CONDITIONS:
The Bald Builder prize is available Wellington-wide and includes up to 8 hours of labour only. Materials must be supplied or purchased by the winner. Work must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand, and must be reasonable and achievable within the timeframe provided. Work is to be carried out on a Saturday only, on a mutually agreed date, within 6 months of the draw date.
