• Conducting in-depth phone interviews to assess skills & experience
• Facilitating police check
• Conducting reference checks
• Verifying qualifications by sighting certification
• Assessing language & communication skills
• Identifying the strongest, most suitable candidates who meet the job brief
• Facilitating Skype interviews
• Mediating all communication between client and candidate
• Working closely with licensed immigration officers to navigate the visa application process and expedite it where possible
• Monitoring the progress of the candidate post-placement to mediate the transition into the workforce and assist in addressing & resolving any issues that may arise
