We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)

Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior experience is a plus but not required

Working Hours: 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Friday

ABOUT US:
We are one of the Waikato’s largest collision repair specialists and are a preferred repairer for all insurance companies. We offer a well-equipped, clean and tidy workshop with supportive management and a friendly working environment.

ABOUT YOU:
You will have good knowledge of the automotive industry and be capable of carrying out all types of repair work from the smallest of jobs to large structural repairs.

Excellent time management skills are required, and you must be able to take on instructions.

You will require a driver’s license and be either a NZ citizen, NZ resident, or have the appropriate work visa in place.
