To my past prenatal clients, hello it has been a while! I have been growing my own family and now have 2 beautiful girls to show for it ❤️
I am getting back in the game, and would love to have some reviews to share in my new info pack and website/social media.
If you remember receiving my services and are happy to share about your experience with me as your prenatal massage therapist I would greatly appreciate it if you sent me a message or left your review in the comments.
Who knows, maybe I'll be seeing you again soon 🥰
Thank you ! 🥰

Now is the time to come and have a chat with me!

Delayed Cord Clamping
During pregnancy, the umbilical cord connects the fetus to the placenta. The placenta allows nutrients and oxygen to pass from mother to baby. After the birth of the baby, the umbilical cord is still attached from the baby's belly button to the placenta, and nutrient-rich blood remains within the umbilical cord and the placenta.
Delayed cord clamping means that your babies umbilical cord is not immediately clamped and cut after birth.
Instead, extra time is allowed for the blood in the cord and placenta to flow to the baby.
4 reasons to consider delaying cord clamping are:
- it decreases the risk of anemia
- the benefits are even greater for preterm babies
- it can be performed with a c-section
- it's a very safe procedure.
However, In women with abnormal placentas, women experiencing a hemorrhage or babies who are born needing immediate medical care, umbilical cord clamping is not recommended.
