There’s something truly sacred about meditating in community.

When we come together in stillness, something shifts — the energy deepens, the space softens.

I love sharing meditation because it reminds us: we’re not alone on this journey.

Whether you’re new to the practice or returning home to it, witnessing others breathe, release, and reconnect is a gift.

It’s not about doing it “right” — it’s about simply showing up, just as you are.

Holding space for others to drop into presence is one of the greatest honours of my life.

Come, join us on a meditation journey to embrace the season of Autumn. This is the time for inner reflection, settings intentions, and embracing the changes that Mother Earth gifts us. 
Taking time to quiet the mind and relax the body and fill my heart with love has been a life-changing practice for me.  No previous experience necessary, as you will be guided and support in this safe setting.
