Excited to share photos of the completion of our three townhouse project in Northcross. Designed under the Medium Density Residential Standards (MDRS), this development challenges the idea that higher density compromises quality living.

Situated on a steeply sloping site, the forms step gently down the site, reducing visual bulk while creating generous terraced outdoor spaces. These seamless connections between interior & exterior ensure lower level living areas and bedrooms open onto private, usable outdoor zones, while upper level spaces open onto generous north facing decks - proving that carefully considered design can allow for great outcomes for residents & developers.

Early ideas for The Orchard House, where the immediate site landscape is as important as the building itself. Internal spaces offer glimpses to exterior courtyards, ponds, green roofs, orchards, native planting and the sea at the northern edge of the site.
