Quote vs Estimate…..Know the Difference

To get accurate quotes, you need detailed plans or designs so every builder is quoting to the same scope (apples with apples). Without this, you’ll get numbers that can’t be compared, and that’s where surprises creep in.

When choosing your builder, don’t just look at the price:

Do their values align with yours?

Does their timeline align with yours?

Are they building to a clear schedule or “winging it”?

Do you trust them to deliver what they promise?
