Winter solstice is this Sunday. Join Patti for 108 Sun Salutations or Bexie for Winter Solstice Yin.
108 Sun Salutations will be a self-led shared practice . Be there early to start movement at 6:30am. Koha/free.
Winter Solstice Yin will follow at 8:30am for those who want to bring in the solstice with more stillness, or those 108ers who want to settle after sun salutations.
