The NZSIA Women’s+ Summit is coming up!
The Ski & Snowboard Women’s+ Summit is a weekend event designed to bring together female and non-binary ski and snowboard instructors for two days of connection, community and skill development.
Come and join us at 5:30pm on the 7th of August for a meet & greet at Apres.
On the 8th we have a Q&A session with some inspirational guest speakers who are a core part of the snow sports industry. We’ll share the location with participants soon!

Got someone in the industry who’s got your back this season?
Applications are now open for the NZSIA Women’s Mentoring Programme 2026.
Designed to support women, the programme pairs mentees with experienced instructors for real support throughout the season.
From on-snow feedback and exam preparation to career conversations, confidence-building and pathway support,this is about having someone in the industry who understands the journey.
Mentees: this is your chance to build confidence, strengthen your skills and feel supported as you work towards your certification goals.
Mentors: apply to give back, share your experience and help guide the next generation.
Applications close on 7 July 2026, and places are limited.
