We collect and store client information (name, contact, address, email, and payment details where applicable) via Timely and Stripe for booking and membership purposes. We may send marketing emails and use photos or videos taken in-salon for content — we'll always ask before posting you. For clients under 18 receiving colour services, a prior consultation and strand test is required. Full privacy policy available on request.
