I can't thank this amazing lady, my mum, enough for all the compassion, kindness and determination you taught me as well as the forever and ongoing support you show me.

You inspire me in so many ways. I remember sitting at our kitchen bench watching you bake every Sunday afternoon for our school lunches, eventually I was upgraded to help mix when I promised I wouldn't eat the mixture. The house was filled with that sweet, warm, homely feeling. That is what I aim for all my customers to experience, that childhood nostalgia.

This was a very special cake for me. All throughout my life I had a very special lady put together the most outstanding cakes from my crazy and wild requests. Each and every time she out did herself and went above and beyond. I wouldn't have been this determined and some might say a slight perfectionist over cake making if it wasn't for you 🤍
