These past few weeks I’ve been mucking about with some power cleans ❤️

Thought I’d see how 100kg felt, and it felt great ❤️

Then I hit 110kg, then failed 115kg and then finished the session on a high with a successful 115kg squat clean ❤️

It was heaps of fun and surprisingly felt pretty strong - it’s been about 6 years since I’ve done any heavy (for me) power cleans ❤️

I’m going to keep them in my weekly schedule and see where we can go ❤️
