If your honey becomes thick or develops crystals, don't worry — it's completely natural.
Crystallisation is a natural process that occurs when glucose separates from water in the honey. In fact, it can be a sign that your honey is pure and minimally processed.
To return honey to a liquid state, simply place the jar in warm water and stir gently.
