F20c swapped BMW e46 316i facelift hatch.
We certainly have some creative f series enthusiast in New Zealand.

Customer requested a spare gearbox for his car just in case.
We started with one of our spare low Kms ap1 gearboxes. Stripped it down, inspected and rebuild with one of your honda rebuild kits which we keep in stock.
We added a set of new cryo treated and iso finished synchro sets for smooth operation.
Added a set of our detent springs including the updated internal spring for better shifting, less chance of miss shifts and to help those synchros last even longer.
Topped off with Motul gear 300 for lap after lap of trouble free racing.

Gearbox had a lot more water in it than oil it came out of a written off flood damaged car that will soon be turned into a race car.

Stripped it all down, inspected and replaced a few gears, synchros and components showings signs of corrosion.
Tidied up the casings.
Iso finished and Cryo treated most of the internal components.
Completed install with our gearbox spring kit and a OEM rebuild kit.

Ready to rip some VTEC.

Now to do the diff . . . . TBC.
