TENSION is on my mind. I am in the throes of developing a new program and I have just spent hours working on a scoring system for a presentation assessment guide to be used inside of a new program in development. And I lost it, like literally it all disappeared from the document. Freakout..

After hitting the control Z keyboard keys a few times and nothing coming back I gave up, but saved the document with nothing on it for just in case. Shoulders tense and neck ridged, I breathed in deep and let out a long slow breath and relaxed. NO point getting agitated, wouldn't help in anyway. I decided I would start again before I forgot what I had created as it was good and it had taken such a long time to consider what I wanted and how to score it so participants could score and work out the value etc etc etc.

I went into the file folder found the doc and opened up what I had just closed down. The content was there but the formatting had disappeared. I let out a huge hoorah. An hour later I have it all looking as I want it and a pdf version to boot. So very relieved the content existed as there was a lot of work in getting it together and .....
Relief and feeling happy. Time to prepare dinner. Way to go...
