Join us for Week 5 of The Sunday Sanctuary - Winter Edition, where every Sunday offers a different experience designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

Over the past four weeks we've explored gentle Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, tea ritual, guided journalling, sound healing, creative exploration and drawing. Every week is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience something new.

This week, My Secret Garden is honoured to welcome renowned Hawke's Bay artist Sallie Dunsford, who will be guiding this week's Sunday Sanctuary through a beautiful Art Play Shop. 🎨

Guided by Sallie, we will explore the geometry of the Seed of Life - ancient and sacred, one of the oldest symbols in human history. Sallie will lead you in creating your own personal piece of artwork incorporating the Seed of Life, with all materials provided. 🌸

I washed them all today after Sunday's Cacao Ceremony with Tomás and Dineel and yesterday's Yoga Nidra celebrating two years of My Secret Garden.

So much Mama Cacao shared over the last couple of days and so many beautiful people through the doors.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along last night and celebrated, practised, connected........and continues to support this little sanctuary.
Two years in, I still can't quite believe it!
