First cake of the year!!
" Aged to perfection " this wine barrel cake was made for a special 60th birthday party. I really love making cakes like this. Handmade sugar grapes and an air brush finish on the barrel
The barrel is a delish Vanilla Caramel cake with homemade salted Caramel sauce and buttercream. Yummm!

Gingerale Fruit Cake with classic marzipan icing. My husband has ordered one of these for himself for Christmas!!
