Running a business, leading a team, carrying extra weight I didn’t recognise, and feeling flat by 3pm —

This is exactly what I’d do.

Not a 30-day reset.
Not a “just be stricter” plan.
Not another meal plan I’d resent by week two.

I’d build a system that actually fits a woman who carries responsibility.

Because here’s the truth most women don’t need to hear again:

You’re not struggling because you lack discipline.

You’re struggling because you’ve been trying to run a high-performance life on advice that ignores hormones, stress, and reality.

Skip breakfast.
Survive on coffee.

→ Regulate stress so fat loss becomes a side effect of feeling safe, not another fight.
→ Use structure and consistency — not willpower — to get results.

𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗙𝗜𝗫𝗘𝗦. 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬.

High-performing women… this one’s for you.

If you’ve been gaining weight during menopause even though you’re:

- eating clean
- exercising
- trying to be “good”

A personal one — but important.

I love structure…
But as a high-performing woman, it’s also the first thing I rebel against when life gets overwhelming.

When the to-do list grows, my brain fog kicks in.
I know what I should be doing for my health… but the mental load makes it feel impossible.

And that’s when the old habits creep back in — quick snacks, skipped meals, no energy, no motivation.

Not because I don’t care.
But because stress changes how your brain and body function.

What I’ve learned?

When everything feels “too much,” the answer isn’t more willpower.

It’s stepping back, breathing, and resetting — so you can come back stronger.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck with your weight right now, you’re not failing.
Your body is asking for support, not pressure.
