We got the team at to make the connection.

18 months later, he's absolutely flying.

The career is tracking with one Aotearoa's biggest companies. The confidence is growing. And he's on this health journey, and somehow managed to lose enough weight to make me question my life choices..

What makes me proud isn't the result. It's what got him there. Consistency. Humility. A willingness to say yes, and have a crack.

Every now and then, I give him a random call to check in. The funny thing is, I usually hang up more inspired than when I called.

A few weeks ago, our CEO was asked to speak with the leaders at Port of Auckland about leadership and his journey in business.

His only condition? No filters.... and they agreed.
