Big day for us 👏

After plenty of behind-the-scenes planning, we’ve officially kicked off our very first Granny Flat build under the new exemption — and we couldn’t be more excited to get this one underway with some awesome clients.

Even better? This is the very first exemption issued through Waipa District Council 👌 A pretty cool milestone to be part of.

We’ll be sharing updates as the build progresses, so keep an eye on this space.
