📍 Hautapu yard + job sites around the Waikato | Full-time, permanent

Tilt Construction is on the lookout for a hard-working, reliable team player to join our crew. If you take pride in your work and like getting stuck in, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
🔨 Placing, spreading, levelling and finishing concrete
🏗️ Helping manufacture precast products and prep moulds/formwork
📐 Reading plans and following measurements
⚙️ Operating hand and power tools safely
🚛 Loading, unloading and moving materials around the yard and site
✅ Keeping things clean, safe and up to standard

What we’re after:
• Experience in concrete, precast or construction (preferred)
• Physically fit, reliable and a good team player
• Solid understanding of health & safety
• Full NZ driver licence preferred but not essential
