I've always been enchanted by the majesty of trees, the rugged beauty of their bark, and the great outdoors. So, when I received an order to create a tree stump cake, I was thrilled! And what made it even more special was that it was for a New Zealand world champion lumberjack's birthday celebration. I couldn't wait to get started and craft a cake that would honor their impressive skills and love for nature.

I'm thrilled to share my latest creation - a Hamilton hot air balloon fondant topper made with love for a special boy who's passionate about hot air balloons! It was such a fun and challenging project to work on.
