Construction has officially begun on this exciting new home in the growing Simpson Way subdivision in Horotiu, Hamilton, with excavation now underway for both the home and the separate shed.

Inspired by our popular Meadows Show Home, this thoughtfully designed home spans just over 300m² and features four spacious bedrooms, a separate media room, and a double garage. The home's layout has been carefully planned to create functional family living while embracing its surroundings.

At the heart of the home is a light-filled outdoor entertaining area, enhanced by two roof skylights that flood the space with natural light throughout the day. Positioned to make the most of the landscape, the home has been oriented to capture its desirable north-facing outlook, creating warm, inviting living spaces and maximising the connection to the outdoors.

We were thrilled to officially open the doors to our brand-new Rotorua Show Home and welcome so many visitors through this stunning home. The turnout exceeded expectations and the feedback has been incredibly positive.
