BELLE-ZZA CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or missed appointments now require us to have a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Please understand a 50% fee of the service will be charged if we are not given more than 24 hours notice to fill the space that you have booked with our stylist. Going forward you maybe required to pay a non refundable deposit of 50% of the booked service upon booking.
We love our profession and really value you as our client, we understand life happens but please remember when this happens we have to engage our staff with other work.
We ask that you please respect our time and let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your appointment space.
For our part, if we have a staff member not able to work due to sudden illness etc we will endeavour to inform you ASAP and if possible we will always try and fit you in with another stylist. Please communicate with us
