Kevin (Finance Manager) and Cole (Senior Fabricator) recently marked 5-years working with Longveld. Over the past five years, their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to completing tasks to the highest standard have helped shape the work we deliver every day.

Thank you both for the care, precision, and pride you bring to your craft (yes, we consider accounting to be a craft too!). Your contribution continues to move our team forward.

That’s a wrap on the year!

Before signing off, we took a moment to get together and mark the end of a big year. Congratulations to everyone who received awards today, and to our trophy winners:

- Adam Rahiman received the Apprentice of the Year award, for his dedication to learning and improving his trade.
- Nilesh Kumar won Emerging Leader of the Year, recognising his development as a leader and contribution to the team.
- Tobias Neale took out Leader of the Year, celebrating his outstanding leadership throughout the year.
- Gavin Fuszard won the prestigious Values Award, awarded to the person who most lives and breathes our values.
