Sa New Zealand pag nag rent ka you have every quarter of house inspection. They will email you 3 weeks prior the inspection day. Hindi ang may ari ng bahay ang mag inspect kundi ang iyong property manager. E-check nila kung may sira na dapat e-repair and also kung napapanatili mo bang malinis ang property. Ngarag ako pag house inspection kasi linis bawat kasulok sulokan. I pray to God na makabili na kami ng sarili naming property. We are considering on getting a section of land pero depende nalang, sana bumaba ang housing value dito sa NZ kasi sa ngayon napaka mahal.
