Boundary Lodge boasts a large lounge room, sunroom, huge dining room and a spacious kitchen with three separate oven/cooktops. There is a laundry room with two free washing machines and two-coin operated dryers, with a clothesline outside. Limited carparking is available onsite for an extra $15 per week. Street-parking is available nearby. The average age of residents at Boundary Lodge is around 30, although anyone who is a good fit for the property will be considered. Most residents are relatively new to the city, having moved for work or post-graduate study.
