Small bag closure issues can create big brand problems.
Powder sifting through seals. Moisture ingress during transport. Damaged graphics at point of sale. These issues don’t just affect the bag — they affect product quality, presentation and customer confidence.
Aurora’s Continuous Heat Sealers are designed to deliver reliable, high integrity bag closures across demanding industrial environments.
Suitable for industries including dairy, fertiliser, lime, food, landscape products and milling, these systems are built to handle:
• Heat sealable polyethylene bags and pouches
• Product residue within the seal area
• Heavy gusseted bag formats
• Laminated bag surfaces without damage
Combined with custom conveying solutions tailored to your process, it’s a complete end of line sealing solution designed for reliability, consistency and presentation.
Because your product should arrive looking as good as it left.
Project Spotlight: Ausfarm | End of Line Automation
Aurora partnered with Ausfarm, a manufacturer of specialised livestock nutrition products, to deliver a complete end of line automation solution designed for a demanding agri environment.
The objective was clear:
✔ Eliminate health and safety risks from manual palletising
✔ Improve bag filling accuracy and consistency
✔ Deliver a robust, reliable system suited to real world conditions
The solution:
• B10 Electronic Belt Packer for accurate, consistent bag filling
• H10 Industrial Sewing System for reliable bag closure
• KUKA robotic palletiser, skid mounted for fast, low impact installation
The skid mounted design enabled a smooth, efficient install with minimal disruption, ideal for a live production site and future expansion.
The outcome:
• Manual handling risks eliminated
• Improved bag weight accuracy and consistency
• Reliable automated palletising with minimal operator intervention
• Heavy duty system built for agri conditions
• Stable, consistent production performance
This project highlights Aurora’s capability to deliver practical, engineered solutions in rural production environments, backed by ongoing local support.
Most importantly, the system is running exactly as intended, solving the challenges it was designed to address and setting Ausfarm up for safer, more efficient operations moving forward.

40 pallets per hour. Delivered through precision engineering and planning.
We recently delivered a fully integrated palletising and stretch hooding system for a leading multi-site flour, starch and stockfeed milling company in Australia.
This was a complex brownfield integration, requiring seamless connection between new automation and an existing live plant.
Through detailed planning, supported by mixed reality and 3D area scanning, we were able to simulate the full installation before any on-site work began. This approach reduced risk, accelerated installation, and ensured a smooth delivery.
The Results
- Throughput increased to up to 40 pallets per hour
- Handles multiple bag types, sizes and pallet formats
- Fully automated pallet sheet placement and labelling
- Improved load stability through stretch hooding technology
- Reduced maintenance and downtime
- Seamless integration across all equipment, delivering continuous operation
