Kangatraining Central Hamilton
Kangatraining is a full body workout during which both cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength are enhanced. As the program is specifically designed for postnatal mums, the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention. *** TERM FOUR CLASS seeking expressions of interest, this will be my last term of Kangatraining ***
Dates : 11th October-6th Dcemwbe (9week block with make up week 19th sept)
Classes run: Wednesday 1.30-2.30
Venue:Chartwell Scout Hall
Cost: $130 for 9 x week block
Carrier hire: if you don't have a carrier or yours is not suitable for Kanga the fee is $10 per term ( class use only).

Classes start this week

*** REGISTRATIONS FOR TERM 3 ARE OPEN TWO CLASSES AVAILABLE***
Dates : 18th July - 12th sept (9week block with make up week 19th sept)
Classes run: Tuesday 9.30am-10.30am
Venue: Nawton Hall, 4 Crawford Street
We have a coffee after class for a catch up and babies can have a play
Cost: $135 for 9 x week block
