Hey, I'm Becs! I’m the face behind heartspace.co.nz and GOOD CHANGE, an online health coaching programme for women.

I live, teach & coach Ayurveda*. I don’t live the “perfect Ayurvedic lifestyle” (there’s no such thing btw). Since embracing Ayurveda 8 years ago, I’ve shifted from exhausted and inflamed to living a life that fills my cup (without giving up the things I love).

My life’s work is to support women who feel they’re not living their best life. Whether it’s busy work schedules and/or running a family, GOOD CHANGE is for women who have unintentionally neglected their own self-care. Does this resonate for you or someone you love?

Even if it is logistically feasible for you to implement good habits, it can still be hard. In this modern fast-paced world, we seem to need support and inspiration to do this.

Our habits are communal. If you want better habits, you need to create new communities for yourself. You need to expand your circles. This way of learning is new for many of us and we have to train ourselves into collective intelligence.

Join me (Becs) on a 12-week journey where not only will you learn 10 foundational habits to create a more vibrant and healthy body, and sustain those changes over the long haul. You’ll also tap into a growing community of awesome women who deeply honour and care for their bodies and this Earth.

Good Change is a health coaching programme that guides women to become the most vibrant version of themselves through Ayurveda, Behavioral Science, nutrition and mindset. Good Change is also a life-changing community of support and healing. It’s all online – so you can join me from from anywhere.
