The benefits of fitness are so many!!
- Reduce your risk of a heart attack.
- Manage your weight better.
- Have a lower blood cholesterol level
- … just copied these from Google, but there’s many more 💪

I think my favourite, specially now that I’m missing my tribe, is the human connection 🙌 finding a group of like minded people that are happy to share sweaty moments with you, encourage you anytime, make funny faces with you… and, ultimately, become your friends!

Finally making and finding time to spend on my fitness vision.
