RAMS is on the lookout for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Suva, Fiji 🏝️
If you have experience in site supervision, staff leadership, and are passionate about maintaining high standards, we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:
🔹 Coaching, training, and supervising staff to ensure high performance.
🔹 Monitoring staff performance and ensuring quality outcomes.
🔹 Enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures.
🔹 Conducting regular site visits to monitor work quality and avoid rework.
🔹 Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
🔹 Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by upholding standards and legal compliance.
🔹 Compiling and reporting progress to the onsite management team.
🔹 Developing and delivering training to support team development.
🔹 Supporting the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
🔹 Handling cleaning equipment and materials responsibly.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory or industry-related role.
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔️ Ability to plan, organise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✔️ Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
✔️ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
✔️ Committed to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
