Focusing on the 7 key employability skills, we walk alongside you in your journey of becoming work ready, increasing your self confidence and identifying what career you are wanting. Once you’re confident and work ready, we’ll support you in the process of job hunting and interviews. Once you’re in the job, our role doesn’t end there - we’ll keep in regular contact with you, providing pastoral care and making sure that you’re transitioning well and confidently into the workforce.

Some moments remind you why you do this work.
I first met this young man 5 years ago, when he joined the programme at 16 years old. Watching him grow into the man he is today at 21 has been such a privilege.
Today we crossed paths again, and the hug said more than words ever could. Our time on the programme may have ended years ago, but the connection didn’t.
Seeing him working, building his future, and taking on life with determination is exactly why relationships matter.
Sometimes the greatest impact isn’t measured by the time you’re officially involved, but by knowing a young person still feels comfortable stopping for a chat or a hug years later.
Once connected, always connected.
