Something weird happened today, I did what I tell my clients, just turn up and do it. I feel mint for moving my unmotivated butt and not so grumpy......who knew!!! 😊🙂 (I also ignored the little bit sick in my mouth too....anyone else done that before too?!?!?🤔)
