What a fantastic afternoon at our very first Living Well Talk!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Tuesday for Strong, Steady & Safe: Maintaining Mobility as You Age with occupational therapist Rebecca Ferguson.

It was wonderful to see so many people come together to learn practical ways to stay active, reduce the risk of falls, and maintain independence. The thoughtful questions, conversations, and connections afterwards reminded us exactly why we created the Living Well Talks series.

Thank you also to Rebecca for sharing her knowledge and expertise with our community.
