I didn’t lose everything at once.
It happened slowly, until one day, I looked up and realised:

💔 I didn’t recognise my life anymore.

From styling shoots in Sydney to speaking gigs in London… I thought I was “doing the thing.”

But behind the scenes? I was burnt out, battling health issues, and pretending everything was fine.

And when it all came crashing down, business, confidence, identity.
I came home to NZ with nothing but a suitcase and a stack of messy notebooks.

That’s where the real work began.
Not glamorous. Not Instagrammable.
Just me, rebuilding. One scribbled plan at a time.

The structure I created in that season?
It saved me.

Today, it lives inside the Key Planner system....
Not as a productivity tool, but as a daily practice to come back to yourself.

A little work, a little play, a lot of gratitude.
Morning walks to grab coffee, a shoot for Penotti, sunset meetings that turned into dinner, and moments of stillness in between.

There’s something about mixing business with the joy of exploring a city you love that feels like the ultimate “living in alignment” moment.

Here’s to another year of building, creating, growing, and remembering to pause to soak it in.
