Today is the last day that the Nourish Guide is available. This particular offering is so time specific that it doesn’t belong in any other space than here and now.
The change of season from warm to cold right now means we naturally start to cocoon and wrap ourselves up in warmth and layers.
Plus we are emotionally depleted after two and a bit years of chaos. We need physical, emotional and spiritual nourishment in our homes NOW.
The Guide is what I lived last year during the last lockdown and I have been building habits and practices into my home since then. We feel nourished and my home feels calm.
