Commercial Development | Stages 1–3 are now complete.
From the ground up, the JK Construction team fully self performed these first stages, delivering the site ready for commercial possession.

Scope included:

Project Complete – Wellsford Industrial Subdivision

We carried out the bulk earthworks and retaining walls for this 10-lot industrial subdivision in Wellsford, The project required extensive bulk earthworks along with multiple retaining walls both timber pole and MagnumStone walls.
