A machine safety risk isn’t solved when it’s identified. It’s solved when the right solution is delivered.
TEG Projects will be attending Foodpro alongside TEG Risk, showing how our two teams work together to help manufacturers move from assessment to implementation with confidence.
A recent multi-site programme with CHEP highlights the value of early collaboration, clear accountability, and practical delivery in complex environments.

The success of an industrial upgrade starts with the people behind it.
Our Industrial Plant Services team unite Rhys Knauf, Graham Brooks, Jamie Wilson, Altan Gurevin, Wayne, Bickers and Ken Camden - experienced engineers and project managers who understand the realities of working in live industrial environments.
They work alongside manufacturers to define scope, manage risk, and guide complex projects across utilities, energy systems, asset replacement, and decarbonisation.

Planning a site upgrade, capital project, or operational improvement?
We'll be at Foodpro 2026 alongside our machine safety partners, TEG Risk, talking with food and beverage manufacturers about safer, more effective project delivery.
Successful projects don't start at installation. They start with good planning, clear stakeholder alignment, and the right expertise involved from the outset.
If you're attending Foodpro, come and chat with the team about your next project and the challenges you're working through.

What’s the biggest delivery challenge facing your site right now?
What makes a great project manager? It's not just the systems and templates. It's the judgment calls. The difficult conversations. The ability to read a room and navigate competing priorities.
At our recent Team Development Days, we worked through real scenarios our team faces every day. because that's where the real learning happens.

3,307 push-ups. Complete.
We are so proud of the TEG Australia team for seeing this one through, and proud to have sponsored the The Push-Up Challenge this year. It's a cause that matters enormously.
Here's to pushing for better mental health for all Australians.

At TEG, we have always believed that great work comes down to the people behind it and the values they bring to everything they do.
This year, we are proud to introduce something new: the TEG Values Awards.
Presented at our annual Team Development Days, these awards recognise team members who have gone above and beyond in demonstrating the three values at the heart of who we are; Integrity, Collaboration, and Pride.
Integrity - We act honestly, transparently, and ethically in every decision and interaction.
Collaboration - We work together through open communication, trust, and shared accountability - internally and with our clients.
Pride - We take ownership of our work and strive for excellence in everything we do.
These are the behaviours we hold ourselves to every day, on every project, with every client. Recognising the people who live these values is something we are excited to make a lasting tradition at TEG.
We are thrilled to announce this year's inaugural winners:
Integrity: Jason Carter
Collaboration: Rhys Knauf
Pride: Andrey Zhidkov
Congratulations to each of you and thank you for setting the standard for what it means to be part of the TEG team.

The TEG Projects team are making the most of our team days and yes, that involved getting some push-ups in first thing this morning.
We are proud to take part in this year's Push-Up Challenge, and the team have been working hard to hit their daily targets in support of better mental health outcomes for all Australians. It has been a great reminder of what this challenge is really about - showing up, doing the work, and supporting one another.
Thanks to everyone who is cheering us on and donating. Every push-up counts.

Next week, TEG Projects & TEG Risk teams come together for our annual Team Development Days on 16 and 17 June, bringing our Australia and New Zealand teams together in one room.
For us, this is more than a diary date. It is a genuine investment in our people, our culture, and the way we work together. Time spent connecting, learning, and aligning as a team is time that pays dividends on every project we deliver for our clients.
This year's team days have a lot in store, including the official launch of our new values and behaviours framework, built around the three principles that define how we work: Integrity, Collaboration, and Pride. We are looking forward to sharing more about what that means for TEG Projects and the people who make it what it is.

Managing one project is hard. Managing several at once is where complexity grows.
Programme management connects projects across your site, aligning resources, timing, and investment to support long-term development.
Our team works alongside food and beverage manufacturers to structure programmes that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and keep delivery on track.

When space is tight, the right solution matters.
TEG Projects worked with Bluebird Foods to introduce flow-wrapped 6-packs, improving shelf presence while upgrading line efficiency. The challenge was finding equipment that fit the space and worked for operators, without disrupting live production.
By working closely with stakeholders, the project was delivered safely, on time, and with lasting results.
