There’ll be a range of local initiatives and organisations sharing what they do, including:
• Te Pourewa – community vegetable garden
• Selwyn Community Education – information about upskilling and joining their 8,000-strong community
• Ōrākei Community Association Inc. – updates on what’s happening locally
• Orakei School – details on recent school upgrades and facilities
• Digital Seniors Auckland – supporting people to build confidence with technology
• And anyone else who is keen to get involved!

We’ll have live music, children’s entertainment, and a few treats for locals to take home.

A wonderful pōwhiri marked the beginning of the year, warmly welcoming new teachers, students, and families, with a selection of pictures showcasing the occasion.

The Brick Show is on until 3pm. $7 entry, $2 each sausage sizzle, face painting, bake sale and bouncy castle. Raffle $2each or 6 tickets for $10.
