I have been baking with my grandmothers for as long as i can remember and for the last 5 years i have been making personal cakes and cupcakes for my friends and family. I now want to take my cupcakes and cakes to more people and give you the chance to have the right cake or cupcake for whatever the occasion.

Fish cake. This little guy is made completly from butter cream icing, a first for me as i usually us rolled fondant icing. The finish it not as perfect with butter cream but the taste is way better!
