Administration Coordinator

Mandi Bazaar team is seeking an Administration Coordinator to bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff and undertake general administration tasks.
The position will suit someone who likes variety in their work. In this Administration Coordinator role.

About the Role:

You will be carrying general administration work:
• Including data entry
• Answering phones, taking orders, and responding to queries.
• Processing invoices/purchase orders using Xero accounting system.
• Processing online customer orders
• Communicate with customers regarding any out of stock, substitutions, and other information.
• Managing complaints, issues & escalations
• Back up to administrative staff
• Packaging
• And merchandising if requires.

and additional tasks required:
• The ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for extended period.
• Some experience of working with the MS Suite, e.g. word, excel.
• Able to Communicate in Hindi and Punjabi (Would be an advantage, but not essential)
