Maiden was Vice-chancellor of Auckland University from 1971 to 1994. Big Saturday ahead for the blue and white.
Premiers head to Gribblehirst Park to take on Eden in a big Round 3 clash, while Prem 2 travel to Papatoetoe. Colts back at Colin Maiden against Otahuhu, and the Slugs and Squids go head to head in a club derby.
