As we celebrate the Māori New Year, we take a moment to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and look ahead with hope for the future.

Matariki is a special time in Aotearoa, a chance to remember those who have passed, spend time with whānau and friends, and set intentions for the year ahead. This year's focus star, Ururangi, reminds us of the changing winds and the importance of looking after the world around us. It's a fitting reflection for the homes and communities we build today, and for the future generations who will enjoy them.

At Generation Homes, we're proud to honour Matariki and the values it represents – connection, reflection, gratitude and community.

The frames are up!👏🏼🌤📸
It is always a key milestone in our builds when the frames go up. Then the house really starts to take shape and we get ready for the roof trusses to come in.
This home is an awesome little plan at 140m2, with 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, an lovely open plan kitchen, living and dining, plus a separate study and separate laundry!!!!
Once completed the exterior will be Midland Brick brick and James Hardie Linea weatherboard with COLORSTEEL long run roofing.
