d to different occasions with mouth watering, delicious meals, sweets and savouries. His service was second to none and his peoples skills was to die for. He was extremely charming, sincere, honest, loving and god fearing man. He has been instrumental in creating an unimaginable wedding experiences for many South Indian families in North India which could only be possible in South India. Be it plantain tree for the decoration at the entrance, banana leaf for serving food, coconuts, betel nuts, pan leaf, jasmine flowers for puja and keeping in the hair to rose garlands for bride and groom, real pandits for conducting the ceremony and rituals there was only one man who could do it, it was SKR! I am truly blessed to be his daughter and I feel it is my sheer luck that I am able to teach many of his recipes to my students. This is my own little tribute and effort to keep his name alive and help my students learn and create beautiful dishes here in the most beautiful place on earth, my home New Zealand!
