A well deserved shoutout coming out of Palmerston North, for one of our security officers - Joe!

Joe joined the team in January and has not looked back. He works across both Palmerston North City Council and Ministry of Social Development NZ sites.

And clients on both sides have been quick to point out the same thing - Joe is easy to work with and someone who handles the tougher moments of security well.

A recent incident in The Square outside the council building showed Joe at his best. A gang confrontation that could have escalated quickly was brought back under control thanks largely to the way Joe positioned himself and managed the situation.

Palmerston North City Council presented him with a token of appreciation for the work he did that day, and it is well deserved!
