We have been buzzing with anticipation for Flockhill’s restaurant to open, (alongside their new luxury Villas – keep an eye out for a post on the Villa’s soon!).
Sugarloaf opens its doors officially today and offers a world-class dining experience. The chefs have a commitment to fresh, local produce which is evident in their garden-to-table approach – most of which is grown and foraged from Flockhill Station’s land. There has been a real sense of excitement around sharing their passion for food as well as their preserving and fermenting techniques for this season’s harvest.
They delight in sparking curiosity with guests and aim to share their skills and knowledge through immersive cooking classes and chef’s table experiences…coming soon after the festive season!
