This was the chocolate of choice for our daughter Issy and her friends! It was created after I attended a course at Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School in Melbourne. It was a star player in our collections for many years, through all the occasions: Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day. It was also a favourite for my nephew Tom, who is now in his 30’s. He often declares the vanilla disc is still the best thing to come out of the Colestown kitchen!
In honour of our 20th anniversary, we’ve brought back one of our earliest creations, the Vanilla Disc, for a limited time.
