Rendering beeswax to make Freedom Vigil candles, hair product, polish and balm. I also got a lot of Manuka honey. I was given a large pot of honey comb scrapings by the bee keeper at Ihumatao where a permaculture project is underway. This is an amazing product and I love just love working with beeswax. We also visited the project “for the love of bees”, in the city which transforms urban spaces into bee sanctuaries. We gave away some Yard Juice T shirts and hoodies to the homeless community.
