elevationz is the villa development at the Waiheke Island airfield is based on an aeropark theme. This encompasses 26, three bedroom villa/townhouses, all of which are two storey’s and of around 150 sqm in living space. Additionally permission has been granted to build 11 single aircraft hangars, one larger main hangar (holding around three small aircraft) and a small terminal style reception building, with the possibility for an upstairs coffee shop and restaurant.
